Burlington is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates, ensure stock and receiving areas stay organized, and help bring merchandise displays to life.

We value hands-on leaders who model company standards and drive positive results. This role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to move 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model back of house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
