Burlington is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House/Receiving operations. You will lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to move/lift store merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model company Back of House standards for receiving/stocking team.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
