Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meals/breaks and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
