Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates by modeling our standards and helping bring merchandise displays to life.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving/stocking team by example and coaching.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards and monitor schedules.
