Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to guide Receiving Associates and act as an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. You will support behind-the-scenes operations, ensure stock areas and displays are well-organized, and help bring merchandise to life on the floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and a positive, inclusive attitude as part of Burlington's service culture. Flexible hours and an associate discount accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model company back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat, orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coach associates and recognize good performance in the moment.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Lead by example and support team with problem-solving on the floor.
