Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for store positions at our Lancaster location. Primary duties include bagging at checkout, placing bags in carts, restocking returns, and retrieving carts from the parking lot. Front-end cleaning and trash duties are also part of the role, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to use or learn to use store equipment and tools.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance and completion of introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Bag items at checkout, place bags into carts, and restock returns.
• Retrieve carts from parking area and keep front-end clean and organized.
• Assist with restocking coolers and collecting trash as needed.
• Demonstrate good customer service and support store operations.
