Job summary

The GIANT Company in West Reading, PA is hiring a Store Associate to support front-end operations. Primary duties include bagging items at checkout, restocking merchandise, retrieving carts, and maintaining clean, organized aisles to ensure a positive shopping experience.

This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and following safety policies. You will work with a team, wear the required uniform, and complete the introductory period as part of joining our

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for the job
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance and probationary period (30 or 60 days)
• Must wear assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have and maintain required licenses/certificates/permits

Responsibilities

• Bag items at checkout and restock returns
• Retrieve carts from parking lot and push back to front-end
• Vacuum front-end and restock coolers
• Demonstrate good customer service skills
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
