Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely and follow PPE requirements.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties.
• Collect trash, take trash to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep floors and work areas clean; conduct hourly clean sweeps.
• Collect, stack, and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
