Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part Time Security Officer Retail Screener in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials to maintain a secure environment and deliver strong customer service.

You will work a part-time schedule at a busy distribution location, with opportunities to learn the company’s smart tools and pursue career growth.

Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Guard card is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, vehicles, and/or deliveries entering the distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry to help deter unauthorized access and prohibited items from entering the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
