Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and perimeters.
• Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access and report observations.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter theft and disturbances and support a safe shopping environment.
