Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED completed.
• Background and drug screen required; offer contingent on results.
• 3–6 months experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems.
• State Guard license is required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage traffic for pedestrians and vehicles.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems; complete daily logs and reports.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and document observations.
• Follow post orders, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Greet and assist customers and staff, maintaining a professional presence.
