Allied Universal in Jonestown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard Patrol to join our team at retail and mall locations. You will provide a visible security presence, assist shoppers and tenants, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

This role offers flexible day and evening shifts with a pay rate of $15.91 per hour. Applicants must meet minimum requirements, pass background and drug screening, and maintain a neat, approachable frontage while protecting people and property.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor for unusual activity and document observations for reporting.
• Assist with access control, directions, and incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence.
