Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Retail Security Guard (Part-Time) at Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, OK to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers, employees, and vendors.

The role requires strong customer service, alertness, and the ability to report incidents clearly. Must have State Guard license and be able to work part-time with a professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background and drug screen required before employment.
• 3–6 months experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access control systems preferred.
• State Guard license required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or fixed posts to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems; complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Maintain safety, post orders, and emergency procedures; support loss prevention.
