Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers and vendors by following procedures.
• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the retail property and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document communications with staff.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to enforce rules.
• Communicate professionally with management, tenants, shoppers and responders.
