Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility operation areas, buildings, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain accurate reports.
• Observe hazards and report findings to designated personnel to support continuity of operations.
