ScanScape is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate for Williamsburg, VA 23185. You will visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes using a mobile app, collecting data to support retailer performance. Flexible hours with travel paid at your hourly rate.

The role offers independent work, opportunities to interact with major retailers, and an employee referral program. AI-based resume screening will be used in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Maintain weekly schedules and meet data collection deadlines.
• Provide quantity data for a portion of scanned products when required.
• Work across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
