Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local retailers and scan product barcodes across displays and aisles. You will use a mobile app to capture barcode data, with an average weekly workload of 4–10 hours per week across stores, plus occasional extra hours for special projects.

The role offers flexibility and opportunities for consistent weekly work throughout the year. Responsibilities include completing weekly display scanning, meeting deadlines, and reporting

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must have tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Report to your store within deadlines and complete weekly scanning tasks.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store each week.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 1–2 hours in certain weeks.
