Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit a designated set of stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisles, including aisle end caps. Base hours average 3–6 per week per store, with additional hours for special projects throughout the year, particularly January through June.

Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview. Retail Scan Associates use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes across grocery, drug, and mass

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout stores.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes at designated locations.
• Complete store-wide scanning and meet weekly deadlines.
• Assist with additional custom projects when required by clients.
