Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local retailers and perform in-store data collections every week for 52 weeks a year. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes and record product quantities, contributing to improved retailer performance.

Role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Hours are flexible and tailored to store workload, with potential for extra projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Our workers use a downloadable app on their mobile phones to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• You will report to your store within the described deadline.
• You will complete Display Scanning on the entire store, which occurs every week and can take several hours to finish.
• Custom Projects may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work during busy weeks for each store.
• Adhering to weekly deadlines is critical to the data we deliver to our clients.
