Job summary

ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores each week and scan barcodes on displays and in aisles. This role offers workplace independence, flexible hours, and consistent data collection across 52 weeks a year, with travel paid at your hourly rate.

You'll use a mobile app to capture data, complete required scans, and meet deadlines while supporting major retailers. 18+ with a valid license is required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and reach high shelves.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes throughout the store.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Meet weekly deadlines and complete Display Scanning across the store.
• Support clients with weekday/weekend scheduling and flexible hours.
