Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly, scanning barcodes on displays and aisles to collect data for sales performance analyses. The role averages 2.5 hours per week across all stores, with additional hours for special projects, particularly January–June.

Scheduling is reviewed during interviews. You'll work with major retailers using a mobile app to complete scans, with travel paid at the hourly rate.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products.
Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
Must be tech savvy.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

Visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisles.
Collect data using a mobile app and report quantities for scanned products.
Complete in-store scanning and participate in occasional custom projects for clients.
