Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores weekly and scan product barcodes across displays and aisles. You will collect data to help improve sales performance for brands and retailers, with schedules designed to be flexible and independent.

The role involves standing for long periods, traveling to multiple store types, and using a mobile app for barcode scanning. Base hours average 6–12 per week with potential for extra project work throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
• Attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across product locations.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Support various store types: grocery, drug, convenience, pet and mass merchandise.
