Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks, including holidays. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes across grocery, convenience, drug, and other store types to help improve product performance for major retailers.

You will report to your store within deadlines, handle Display Scanning weekly, and may do Custom Projects adding time per week. Flexible hours and independence are key benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet in the air.
• Able to perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned retailers every week for 52 weeks, including holiday weeks.
• Scan barcodes using a downloadable app on a mobile phone across store types (grocery, convenience, drug, etc.).
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning weekly; some weeks include Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours per store.
• Adhere to deadlines and deliver quality data for clients with independence and flexibility.
