Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at local retailers weekly throughout the year. You will use a mobile app to scan product barcodes across aisles and displays, reporting quantities for a portion of scanned items to support client insights.

The role emphasizes reliability, independence, and the ability to work flexible hours with some travel within the local area. Training and scheduling details reviewed in interview.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech savviness required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations and aisles.
• Record quantities for roughly 45% of scanned products as required by clients.
• Complete weekly display scanning for the entire store.
• Assist with Custom Projects that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours in peak weeks.
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
