BuddiesHR is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates for in-store data collection in Fairfield, CA. You will scan barcodes across designated stores weekly, using a mobile app, and handle 3–5 hours per week with possible extra project work.

You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle and Wi‑Fi. The role includes flexible scheduling, paid travel at your hourly rate, 401(k) with employer match, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with adequate auto insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk store aisles.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Can perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in various store locations.
• Base hours average 3–5 hours per week, with additional per-store work.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products.
• Report to store within deadlines and complete weekly scanning tasks.
• Complete in-store scanning across grocery, drug, convenience, and other retailers.
• Participate in occasional 1–2 hour per week per store for special projects.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure timely client reporting.
