Job summary

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

This is a part-time role with 3–7 hours per week on average across all stores, plus occasional 1–2 hour boosts for special projects.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with adequate insurance.
• Able to stand for long periods and reach/lift as needed.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and reach 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive motions.
• Detail-oriented and independent work style.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and basic tech comfort.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays, aisles and end caps.
• Use mobile app to collect store data and scan product barcodes.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete in-store scanning for full store readiness each week.
