Job summary

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer (store).

We are hiring part-time Retail ScanAssociates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to access products throughout stores and perform scans.
• Must be deadline-driven and able to work independently.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit local retail locations to scan barcodes on displays and end caps.
• Use a mobile app to capture barcode data across multiple store areas weekly.
• Report quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Support various store types including grocery, drug, and mass merchandisers.
• Maintain dependable weekly schedules with flexibility for projects.
