ScanScape is hiring Retail Scan Associates in Clayton, NJ 08312 to visit local stores weekly, scan barcodes, and collect display data to improve sales performance.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, includes paid travel, 401(k) eligibility, and a referral program. You will use a mobile app to scan products across grocery, drug, and mass merchandise retailers.

Shifts average 7–10.5 hours per week, with extra hours for special projects and holiday weeks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be adeadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store using a downloadable app.
• Complete Display Scanning on the entire store weekly, which can take several hours.
• Contribute to Custom Projects that add 1–2 extra hours in some weeks.
