Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel/footwear to each customer
• Share knowledge and love for our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Operate front and back of store, including POS and payment processing
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Promote Under Armour Rewards program
• Participate in growth opportunities and training
