Job summary

Under Armour in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, assist customers, and keep the store looking sharp while engaging in omni-channel requests.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, with opportunities for growth, and be exposed to a high-energy retail environment, including holidays and weekend shifts, while learning the company's products and rewards program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in CA)
• Able to move around store, stockroom and office, lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Willing to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to fit customer needs
• Share knowledge about products and brand
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Assist front and back of store including POS and payments
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Educate customers about the Rewards program
• Demonstrate growth mindset and self-development
• Fulfill shifts per attendance policy
