Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in California to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales. You will keep the store looking sharp, stock and assist customers across front and back of store, including POS and digital requests.

The role requires flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends, with strong communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
• Basic English and local language fluency
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Assist customers by suggesting apparel and footwear
• Share product knowledge and brand enthusiasm
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Deliver on fast-paced, deadline-driven expectations
• Promote the Rewards program to build customer loyalty
• Seek self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance
• Support UA processes and policies in omni-channel requests
• Adhere to Under Armour attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
