Job summary

Under Armour in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales. You will help keep the store looking sharp and support omni-channel requests through our digital experience.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and opportunities for growth, with shifts that may include holidays, nights, and weekends. Previous retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Share knowledge and passion about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team and handle fast-paced environments.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
