AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Tuscaloosa, AL. You’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose the right AT&T products and services while aiming to meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 20 weekly hours. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

• Able to work a schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Willing to learn and meet sales targets with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through their options with a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Maintain schedule flexibility (9am–9pm, weekends) and adapt to evolving needs.
• Support customers with knowledge of AT&T products and services.
