AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Jasper, AL to engage customers with a consultative approach and help them explore device and service options. You’ll participate in store events, handle online orders, and respond to customer needs during 9am–9pm shifts, including weekends; compensation includes hourly pay and uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling 2 weeks in advance.
• Fast-paced environment; being flexible helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided if needed.
