AT&T in Russellville, AR seeks a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and build meaningful connections. You’ll drive sales and commission by leveraging AT&T’s devices and services, while supporting a busy store environment.

You’ll join a team focused on serving the community, meeting targets, and gaining training to succeed in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekly hours are 20, with a varied 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsabilidades

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Assist in staying current with evolving tech and services to meet customer needs.
