Job summary

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in San Luis Obispo. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, building personalized sales expertise with the latest devices and services. You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the business.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and training is provided to help you reach sales goals

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Be flexible to changing customer needs and evolving tech.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with provided coaching.
