Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales on the floor using a consultative approach. You will guide customers through product options and services, with coaching and training provided as needed. Join a team that engages with the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.

Expect a schedule 9am–9pm, weekends, with 20–24 hours weekly and potential commissions up to $6,850 when goals are met. Location: Poplar Bluff, MO.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends with two weeks' advance schedule.
