You’ll handle in-store interactions, online orders, and outbound calls, while developing meaningful connections with customers.

The role offers a busy weekend/evening schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities to earn commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales is a plus.
• Training and tools provided to help you meet goals.
• Ability to guide customers through options with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks’ advance seniority scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you succeed.
