Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader who is energetic, friendly, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. You will drive sales, build relationships, and lead by example in daily store operations under Store Management guidance.

You will also assist with product knowledge, promotions, and stock responsibilities while ensuring a warm, inviting shopping environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week, and also work two (2) weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Share product knowledge and promotions to meet customer needs.
• Support store management and open/close as scheduled.
• Help customers find card and gift solutions with friendly service.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet store sales goals.
• Assist with stock, curbside deliveries, and accurate inventory handling.
