Job summary

LGA Retail, Inc. (d.b.a. Little Green Apple) is seeking a Part-Time Sales Leader to energize our store with vibrant customer service and leadership.

You will guide the team, provide product recommendations, and ensure smooth daily operations including opening/closing, stocking, and curbside services. Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail or sales, are flexible with hours (including weekends), and are able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting in-store environment.
• Advise customers on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards.
• Support store management and lead team activities.
• Assist customers in finding card and gift solutions to connect with others.
• Share stories and communities of caring to inspire shoppers.
• Handle store operations: replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, shipments, inventory, online orders, curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Work as a team to meet sales goals while ensuring customers have what they need.
