LGA Retail, Inc. (d.b.a. Little Green Apple) seeks a part-time Sales Leader to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and model best-in-class retail execution in our Bloomington store.

This role opens and closes the store several times per week, supports management, shares product knowledge, assists with stockroom duties, and collaborates with the corporate team to meet store goals and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail experience or customer service.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store up to three times per week.
• Provide exemplary selling and customer service to increase sales and loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and promotions with customers.
• Assist with stockroom duties, product replenishment, and merchandising.
• Support store management and help meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and apply store communications.
