Little Green Apple in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Part-Time Sales Leader who is energetic and customer-focused. You will drive sales, stock, and store presentation while serving as a role model for best-in-class retail execution.

You’ll lead by example in product knowledge, promotions, and brand rewards programs, support store management, and help open/close the store as needed, ensuring guests feel welcomed and assisted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Build and share expertise on products, promotions, services, and rewards programs.
• Serve as a support for store management with the team.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Share and showcase stories of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations: replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, shipments, inventory, curbside orders.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests eager to return.
