Job summary

Oakley in Tyson's Corner is seeking a Casual Part-Time Specialized Advisor to support the management team on the floor, promote strong sales behaviors, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. You will motivate staff and ensure operational goals align with company standards.

Core duties include brand knowledge, customer connections, processing and stocking merchandise, inventory control, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures when leadership is absent. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and staying updated on products.
• Establishes strong connections and relationships with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all of the company's customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organizes the warehouse ensuring labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
