Oakley is seeking a part-time specialized advisor to support the floor team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will act as brand ambassador, maintain product knowledge, assist with restocking, merchandising, and inventory, and help with floor operations to ensure a clean, engaging store environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, flexible availability, strong communication, bilingual abilities, and the stamina to lift up to 40 lbs.

Formación

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual fluency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Establishes strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Supports floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling, placement, and neatness.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
