Oakley is seeking a casual part-time specialized advisor to support the store team on the floor, helping to motivate staff to exceed sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will build product knowledge, assist with merchandising and inventory, and participate in opening/closing procedures when managers are unavailable, all while upholding Oakley’s standards and values.

Formación

• Retail sales experience preferred in a specialty environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and keeping up to date with products.
• Establishes strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all company customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling, placement, and organization.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
