Job summary

EssilorLuxottica’s Oakley store at Tyson’s Corner is seeking a casual part-time specialized advisor to support the management team on the floor, motivate staff, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. The role emphasizes brand knowledge, sales execution, and excellent service across a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stock processing, merchandising, inventory checks, and assisting with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

Retail or specialty store experience.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Bilingual
Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for long periods.
Lift up to 40 lbs and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

Act as brand ambassador with product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
Build connections with customers to drive satisfaction and sales.
Support management with daily operations and customer service initiatives.
Assist with processing, restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory.
Merchandise, display maintenance and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
Organize warehouse labeling and placement for easy access.
Lead store opening/closing procedures when management is unavailable.
