WHBM in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You’ll guide daily operations, coach staff, and drive brand standards to deliver memorable, personalized experiences in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
