Job summary

WHBM in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and embody the brand's hospitality. You will guide daily operations and coach teammates to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will set performance goals, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and omni-channel strategies while promoting brand standards and empowering a high-energy, customer-first culture across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback.
