Job summary

WHBM Germantown is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will drive brand standards and create memorable, personalized experiences for customers while guiding daily operations.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Base responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be mobile on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with daily operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide product knowledge and drive omni‑channel selling.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support development of associates and schedule planning as needed.
