Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Supervisory Retail Sales Manager to lead the store team in delivering WOW! customer experiences and maintaining top-quality merchandising. You will manage floor coverage, train staff, and ensure accurate transactions and safety.

The role emphasizes high service levels, strict adherence to policies, and ongoing collaboration with the Store Manager. Compensation is hourly with daily pay and a strong employee discount program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer Centric.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer experiences.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Proactively respond to concerns and empower decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is customer ready.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers accurately, including checking in, hanging, steaming, and merchandising.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide feedback to employees regularly and uphold company policies.
• Understand, execute and train cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Process all register functions and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms as directed.
• Maintain safety for employees and customers and communicate concerns.
